Noema Learning is an in-home microschool for middle school and high school students. 

Noema Learning  is an ELA (English Language Arts) Focused Microschool. Here are some fast facts:

• Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 

• Time: 9 am- 2:30 pm

• Curriculum

  • Bring your own for the following subjects: (these also need to be mostly work-at-your-pace type workbooks or online curriculum. Mrs. Elisa can definitely help! But these will need to be on their own).

    • Math

    • Science

    • Social Studies

  • Complete ELA lessons and assignments with Mrs. Elisa

    • Literature- book studies, short stories, etc.

    • Writing- composition and essay writing

    • Creative writing

    • Journalism 

    • Media Studies- film and art analysis

    • Debates

    • Vocabulary Development

• Each day there will be an extended time for independent work on their own curriculum (math, science, social studies) in the morning. Then in the afternoon, we will do an ELA section that will be all inclusive of reading, writing, and discussing.
